Our mission is simple and ambitious: revolutionize the way people experience doughnuts. For a server, all three are personal: you’re the one who brings people together and turns each visit into a moment worth remembering.

Our servers are the heart of the guest experience and grow their craft over time. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Welcome. Greet every guest like you’re glad they came — warm, genuine, and present from hello to goodbye.

Guide & recommend. Ask good questions, make thoughtful suggestions, and help guests discover something they’ll love.

Serve with care. Take orders accurately, handle the counter and register, and deliver fast, friendly, professional service through every rush.

Cleanliness & safety. Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and food-safe, following all health and sanitation standards.

Heart for hospitality. Genuine joy in serving people and making their day a little brighter.

Curiosity. Eagerness to learn our products, ingredients, and tasting notes inside and out.

Reliability. Dependable, on time, and ready for early-morning, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Standards. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (or willingness to get certified).

At Sidecar, your pay grows as your craft does. The more you master, the more you earn. Starting pay varies by location and follows the local market.

Earn tips. Once you’re trained on two skills, you become eligible to share in tips.

Grow into leadership. Earn certifications across all front-of-house skills and learn roles like barista and baker to become eligible for leadership roles.

Paid vacation. Available to full-time employees.
