Job Description

Our servers have more contact with each guest than anyone else and as a result, as the largest impact on whether the guest sees the dining experience as good or bad. The goal of every server should be to provide the R.E.W.A.R.D. to every guest.

SERVER:

Basic Job Duties:

Greets Guest a table
Verifies meal ticket
Delivers meals
Communicates with Guest throughout the meal period, making sure the Guests are satisfied
