Job Details: Weekly Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Shifts First Shift

• Hours: 7 AM to 1 PM or 10 AM to 3 PM Second Shift
• Hours: 4 PM to 11 PM Job Summary: As a Restaurant Server, you are the face of the restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be knowledgeable about our menu items, attentive to our guests' needs, and committed to providing a high-quality dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet guests and present them with the menu. Inform customers about the day’s specials. Take food and beverage orders and make recommendations if requested. Order Management: Input orders into the point-of-sale system accurately. Serve food and drink orders to guests. Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation. Operational Tasks: Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses. Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area. Assist in the kitchen or with the dishwashing if needed. Payment Processing: Issue bills and accept payment. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff to ensure a smooth operation. Assist other team members when needed to enhance the dining experience. Qualifications: Prior experience as a server is preferred but not necessary. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and computer skills. Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality. Customer service orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. High attention to detail. Work Environment: The role involves standing for long periods and may require working on weekends and holidays.
