At The Kensington in Fort Madison, IA, part of Agemark Senior Living, we believe dining is more than a meal, it’s an experience. As a Server, you’ll help create a warm, inviting atmosphere while forming genuine connections with residents and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents with a smile and take meal orders

• Serve food and beverages in a friendly, efficient manner

• Assist with set-up, clean-up, and restocking supplies

• Support community events and special dining experiences

• Maintain a clean and safe dining environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we’ll train the right person

• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for helping others

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

• Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
