Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards.
- Assist with dining room setup, table settings, and side work assignments.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
- Refill beverages, clear tables, and assist residents as needed.
- Follow food safety and infection control guidelines.
- Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
- Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
- Provide exceptional hospitality while promoting resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous serving, hospitality, restaurant service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis.
- Must be available to work holidays.
- Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
