Server

The Server position is for friendly people who love to show hospitality and offer excellent customer service! The ideal candidate will deliver a high-quality dining experience by providing prompt, courteous service to our guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly as they are seated.
• Know the menu, explain specials and promotions, and be able to make recommendations.
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while following safety and sanitation standards.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Assist the back-of-house team as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Capable of accurately managing cash transactions and using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.
