Job Description
Meadow Lake Resort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-focused Part-Time Server to join our team at the Meadow Lake Bar & Grille! If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working in hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
Shifts: Weekends 4:00pm-9:00pm
Rate of Pay: $12.00 per hour plus gratuities

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive and professional attitude
- Guide guests through menu selections, cocktails, wine, and specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle payments and follow company cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and complete side work duties
- Communicate guest concerns promptly to management
- Support managers and kitchen staff as needed
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
- Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and guest service standards
- POS system experience preferred
- T.I.P.S. Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 6–8 hour shifts
- Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment
