Job Requirements

• Must be available to work a mix of weekends and holidays, these are peak times for our residents

• Ability to work in a fast-paced formal dining room, providing consistent elevated service even without the inclusion of tips

• Ability to follow standards even when no one is watching, demonstrating reliable and consistent performance

• Genuinely interested in learning and continuously developing their skill set

• Able to multitask and problem solve while maintaining composure in a fast paced environment

• Prior formal or upscale dining experience strongly preferred
