Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide attentive, professional service throughout their meal.
Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Answer questions about menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients with confidence.
Offer thoughtful suggestions and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Process payments accurately while following proper cash-handling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including setting, clearing, and resetting tables.
Adhere to safety, sanitation, and resort standards at all times.
Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred; strong interest in hospitality required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
