Job Description
A growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to support its service team. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing service accounts, and developing maintenance agreements for commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow commercial HVAC service accounts
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance agreements
- Work with technicians and clients to identify repair and service needs
- Prepare service proposals and cost estimates
- Track contract renewals and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with clients regarding service recommendations and opportunities
Qualifications
- Experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- HVAC trade school or technical background is a plus
