Job Details

As an Account Manager you will build lasting partnerships with clients while driving sales growth and project success across our Service and Special Projects business unit. You’ll play a key role in estimating, proposing, and developing solutions that keep our customers coming back.

This is a leadership position and requires someone who loves solving problems, mentoring others, and turning client needs into innovative electrical solutions.·* Sell Work by creating accurate estimates and proposals that address client needs·* Transition Jobs to Operations by leading a quality process that transfers information effectively·* Manage Client Relationships by building trust and resolving their issues in a responsive, documented manner·* Develop New Clients by networking at social outings and industry events and landing prospecting meetings

What You Will Need·* 2+ years in electrical estimating, sales, or operations·* Strong communication and presentation skills·* Friendly demeanor and of high character·* Knowledge of electrical systems and estimating software (Accubid, Viewpoint, MS Office)·* Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR

Nice to Have·* Colorado Journeyman Electrician License·* Experience leading client accounts or project teams·* Familiarity with EOS/Traction systems.
