Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival
- Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services
- Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
- Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards
Service Advisor Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $5000.00 to $8000.00, depending on experience
