Main Line Advisor Job Responsibilities
As a Main Line Advisor, you are the quarterback of the service drive. You aren't just relaying messages; you're building trust.
Be the Expert: Bridge the gap between the shop and the guest, explaining repairs and technical needs clearly
Drive Results: Maximize technician productivity by meeting and exceeding sales forecasts
Consult & Curate: Help guests prioritize essential services and provide options that fit their needs
Keep the Loop Closed: Proactively update customers on completion times, costs, and any changes in the repair process
Own the Experience: Ensure every guest leaves feeling like a VIP
