In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between the Service Department and guests-clearly communicating vehicle needs, setting expectations, and ensuring a smooth, high‑quality service experience. The more driven and customer‑focused you are, the stronger your results will be.
You'll join Genesis of Portland, located in SW Portland and proudly the only Genesis dealership in Portland-and the first ever. Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Helping customers with the service on their vehicles
- Follow up to help customers if they have issues or concerns
- Work closely with other departments within the dealership
- Reviewing inspection reports with customers
- Provide an excellent customer service experience
This is a full-time opportunity. Available for shifts Monday - Saturday.
