Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
As our Service Advisor, you are the face of the dealership. Your mission is to turn every repair into a seamless, high-quality experience.
Expert Communication: Act as the vital link between our clients and the shop, translating technical needs into clear options
Drive Production: Maximize our technicians' time to meet and exceed sales forecasts
Consultative Selling: Prioritize required services and provide professional recommendations that keep our guests safe on the road
Keep the Peace: Proactively update customers on completion times, expenses, and any changes to ensure zero surprises
Deliver the "Wow": Ensure every guest walks away with a positive, memorable dealership experience
