Service Advisor
Point S Tire & Auto – 4647 Old Seward Hwy, Anchorage

Point S Tire & Auto on Old Seward is hiring a strong, experienced Service Advisor to help us grow our mechanical services in Anchorage.
Simard Automotive started in Fairbanks in 1997. Over the years, we've expanded into Anchorage by acquiring the Point S brand. Historically tire-focused, we are now intentionally growing our mechanical service footprint - and we need the right front-counter professional to help us do it.
If you know how to build trust, communicate clearly, and present inspections confidently, this is a great opportunity.
What You'll Do
Greet and check in customers professionally
Build and manage repair orders accurately
Present digital inspections clearly and confidently
Quote labor and parts properly
Coordinate with technicians to keep workflow moving
Follow up with customers and protect long-term relationships
Help grow mechanical services alongside strong tire traffic
Knowledge in tires and tire sales is a big plus, but the goal is expanding our full mechanical offering.
What We're Looking For
3+ years as a Service Advisor (independent shop experience preferred)
Strong quoting and communication skills
Comfortable with digital inspections (DVI experience preferred)
Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
Professional handling of customer concerns
Valid driver's license
We're looking for someone who wants to help grow the mechanical side of the business - not just sell tires.
Compensation & Benefits
$65,000 – $105,000+ per year
