Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Advise customers on service needs, estimates, and recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff for timely repairs
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status and scheduling updates
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- FORD EXPERIENCE Preferred
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Desire for long-term career growth
