Matt Bowers Nissan South Mississippi Service Advisor Wanted

We are actively hiring a personable, professional Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and our service technicians. This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships, delivering top-notch customer experiences, and keeping our service department running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, listen to their concerns, and document repair needs.
Consult with technicians on repairs and communicate clearly with customers.
Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and keep customers updated.
Provide accurate estimates, explain warranties, and advise on service options.
Handle vehicle inspections, drop-offs, pick-ups, and test drives when needed.
Ensure all service details and costs are accurately explained and processed.
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

Prior automotive service or advisor experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and dealership service operations.
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work closely with both customers and technicians.
Experience with industry-specific software is a plus.
