We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Service Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our dealership team. This role is a key point of contact for our service customers and plays an important part in delivering an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers in a professional and courteous manner

  • Schedule and manage service appointments accurately and efficiently

  • Process customer payments, including cash, credit, and check transactions

  • Balance, record, and reconcile daily cash and payment transactions

  • Assist customers with loaner vehicle check-out and return procedures

  • Maintain accurate records related to loaner vehicles and customer documentation

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as needed

  • Make outbound phone calls at the Service Manager’s request to support service retention, follow up with inactive or lost customers, and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and other dealership staff

  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous cashier, customer service, or dealership experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Basic math and cash-handling accuracy required

  • Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license may be required
