Introduction

Are you an exceptional marketing copywriter passionate about the future of autonomous mobility? Do you excel at crafting clear, compelling messages that guide and inform audiences in dynamic, rapidly scaling environments? Our Communications team is looking for a versatile professional with strong marketing copywriting expertise to act as the direct partner and right-hand to our Senior Customer Communications Manager. As our company expands into new markets, you will play a critical role in supporting our external messaging ecosystem, adapting customer communications, and ensuring our brand voice scales flawlessly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-8 years of experience as a communications manager or marketing copywriter in the technology industry, supported by a background in brand marketing, corporate communications, product marketing, and/or public relations
Peerless written and verbal communication skills with a proven portfolio of compelling customer-facing copy
Proven ability to proactively track complex product and service development processes and develop clear customer messaging for feature updates
Service-first, bridge-building collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments (Product, Ops, Support, Marketing)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional projects within tight deadlines
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience scaling communications for market expansions or new city launches
Experience with Product Marketing in the technology industry
Experience using AI tools to drive efficiencies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Produce clear, engaging, and on-brand marketing copy for a variety of customer-facing channels, collateral, and marketing initiatives
Support and adapt customer communications strategies and localized messaging as the company rapidly expands its robotaxi service into new markets
Proactively track product and service development across complex cross-functional processes, ensuring the Communications & Marketing team stays ahead of upcoming milestones and feature launches
