We are looking for someone IN PERSON who Truly loves customer service to join our team!! You must be available to work in office at our Eagleville, PA location.
About TLC Drain, Sewer & Water Cleanup
TLC Drain, Sewer & Water Cleanup is a family-owned and operated company providing residential and commercial drain, sewer, water line, and emergency cleanup services. We’re known for reliability, professionalism, and taking care of both our customers and our team.
We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our office staff and help manage daily service operations and customer communication.
Position Overview
The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This position serves as the main point of contact for customers and field technicians, coordinating service schedules, handling emergency calls, and ensuring accurate communication throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service appointments
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and availability
- Handle emergency and same-day service requests professionally
- Gather and accurately document customer and job information
- Communicate job updates between technicians and customers throughout the day
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or urgent situations
- Maintain service schedules and customer records in dispatch software
- Set clear expectations with customers regarding arrival times and service details
- Support technicians with logistical and scheduling needs
- Assist with general office and operational support as needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation, as we are a 24/7 emergency based business. This includes weeknights, weekends and holidays.

Requirements
Experience in commercial trades is highly valued.
Service Titan experience is preferred but not required.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service is a requirement.
Experience filing permits is a plus but not a requirement.
Experience in the drain and/or restoration industry is a plus but not a requirement.
Motivated and a self starter.
Ability to multitask.
Proficiency on the computer, along with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, is a must.
Being good with people and having a strong team player mindset are essential attributes.
Candidate must have flexibility to work on-call shifts during the week, weekends and holidays in a rotation.
Candidate must be available for shifts that vary during the hours of 7am-5pm Monday thru Friday.
Candidate must understand this in an IN PERSON position.
