We are looking for a Customer Care Representative with strong phone and written skills to work with customers with vehicle service needs. .

Responsibilities

  • Schedule online appointments and make daily calls/emails to service customers for vehicle maintenance needs
  • Take daily inbound service appointment calls
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings & latest technology
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections in service related situations.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours
  • Strong grammar/computer skills for email correspondence with customers
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers
  • CRM & DMS knowledge preferred 
  • Service experience preferred
