Looking for a customer-focused role with a stable schedule, great team environment, and opportunities for growth? South Tacoma Honda is looking for a Service Customer Service Representative to help deliver an exceptional experience to our service customers from their first phone call through their service appointment.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives professional, friendly communication. Service Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities
Answer incoming service calls and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments
Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance reminders, declined services, missed appointments, and follow-up communication
Respond to customer leads through phone, text, email, and online inquiries
Accurately document customer interactions in dealership software systems
Work closely with service advisors and service management to maximize appointment show rates
Deliver professional and courteous customer service with every interaction
Follow established call, text, and email processes
Assist with service retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
Maintain accurate records and appointment information
