Service Delivery Engineer/ Front-End Developer

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year base salary (which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, geographic location, business needs, and market demand).

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Front-End Developer based in our NY city office. The internal title will be “Service Delivery Engineer”. In this role, you will be involved in the implementation of large scale digital marketing campaigns across a range of online channels for Fortune 500 customers. This will require solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, Photoshop and JavaScript. Your work will span over various channels such as web, display ads, paid search (PPC), social media, and email marketing.

The role will support the delivery of projects for our large US customers and working hours are expected to follow a US Eastern Standard Time work schedule. 

What You Will Work On

• Build/edit emails, display banners, landing pages and Facebook ads in various formats (html, psd, Sketch, pdf, jpg, etc) that leverage Persado’s persuasive language and support our customers’ digital marketing campaigns.
• Produce all required digital marketing assets, templates and images using industry best practices.
• Set up and configure various online platforms for serving Email, Web and Push notification campaigns.
• Follow rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless delivery of all assets.
• Ensure on-time and problem-free campaign launches by:
• performing all necessary tasks for a project launch.
• assisting Project Managers in proper planning and execution of a project launch
• working with the rest of the departments in a smooth and effective manner to resolve all issues.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Educational background, preferably in the fields of Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or Web Design.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in front-end development.
• Strong experience building cross-client, responsive HTML email templates.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent design software).
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat.
• Basic knowledge of simple video editing is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in web design and web campaign management.
• Comfortable working with JavaScript code.
• Broad exposure to web advertising channels (e.g., email marketing, social media, display/remarketing, Google Ads) and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience with web scripting (e.g., Python) and automation frameworks like Selenium is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
