Service Department Office Administrator

North County Ford is seeking a Office Administrator to join us in supporting our dealership staff within our fast-paced the Service Department! Enjoy the security of being part of an award-winning location and team.

Pay: $19 to $23 per hour

• Organize and file paperwork
• Scan and upload documents
• Perform data entry
• Prepare and reconcile daily deposit
• Review and maintain accounting schedules
• Post accounting system transactions
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Assist with month-end preparation
• Run reports and investigate/escalate discrepancies
• Prepare basic spreadsheets and logs,
• File and organize vendor invoices and statements
• Assist with other tasks as needed

What are the requirements for this job?

• Previous experience in an administrative/office or automotive dealership preferred!
• Skill and ability to apply and perform basic accounting functions and mathematic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Skill and ability to use personal computers and related software applications, including MS Office, ADP, CDK and dealership specific software
• Skill and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must maintain a high level of integrity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment, promoting positive working relationships.
• Must be able to maintain composure & a positive attitude under pressure
