Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Service Desk Coordinator with excellent customer service and sales experience to answer phones, book appointments, and assist with guest and student services in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you'll help create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth operations in our clinic classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and students warmly, maintaining a welcoming service desk.
- Book appointments and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Promote and sell beauty products and services.
- Maintain an organized and efficient service desk.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous sales and customer service experience (beauty industry a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and telephone skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide positive guest experiences.
