Brief Overview of Position:

Strategic Operational Solutions, Inc. (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for a Service Desk Program Manager role who shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, leadership, and day-to-day oversight of personnel. The supported organization requires both onsite in Alexandria, VA and offsite at a contractor site.

Requirements and Primary Responsibilities:

A minimum of a BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent
Oversee the entire program for the contract and all associated teams
Ensure that deliverables are provided, and strict adherence to SLAs
Communicates with key government personnel including (but not limited to) the SDOD Director, Call Center Manager and COR
Possess ITIL certification. May hold 1 or more Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications; HDI Support Center Director is preferred
Provides administrative direction to subordinate leads, has the corporate authority to recruit, hire, terminate personnel and commit corporate resources
Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
