Job Description:
JRT Mechanical is seeking someone who has an excellent attitude, willingness to learn, and is self-motivated. This person's role will be to take incoming customer calls and coordinate the dispatch of Service Technicians to the customer location. It will also involve working with the team in order to problem solve situations, while quickly and efficiently dispatching the service technicians. An ideal candidate has exceptional organizational, time management and teamwork skills. This position has a wide variety of administrative tasks performed on a daily basis.
This job will include the following responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer callsResponding to customer inquiries through text or emailDispatching Service Tech's to customer locationsAssisting the Project Manager in coordinating with manpower needsProblem solve situations day to day to achieve technician dispatchingWorking closely with customers to make sure their needs are metOther administrative tasks as assigned
- An excellent attitude
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Able to handle an ever changing environment
- Organized Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Google apps
- Problem Solving
- Experience/Exposure to the plumbing and HVAC trades helpful
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!

About JRT Mechanical:
We are a mid-size mechanical contractor but still have the "small" company feel. We provide plumbing, pipefitting, HVAC, mechanical insulation services and have a full mechanical service division as well. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
