Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Service Dispatcher / Office Coordinator to support our daily service operations and office functions. This role is a key part of keeping our field team running efficiently while also assisting with general office and administrative tasks.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable balancing dispatch responsibilities with back-office support.What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service calls
- Create and manage service tickets and work orders
- Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed throughout the day
- Review and confirm technician hours for accuracy
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates
- Support technicians with job details and coordination
- Assist with general office tasks including mail, tracking programs, and administrative support
- Maintain organized records and assist with operational projects
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma
- Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred (HVAC, construction, or service-based industry a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
