Service Dispatcher Needed!!

Gpac in partnership with a leading mechanical company, is seeking a Service Dispatcher.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a very well-respected company on a variety of commercial projects with an unbelievable amount of potential for growth!!!!

Duties and Responsibilities

Review the assignment sheet for the day
Communicate work routes for each of our drivers
Monitor assignments to ensure they are completed on time
Answer phone calls and handle customer requests
Organize assignment files,

Requirements and Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of dispatch experience, specifically in HVAC, Mechanical or Construction
Excellent written and oral communication skills
The ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
