Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown

Are you friendly, outgoing, and great at talking to people? Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is looking for a Service Drive Acquisition Specialist - an easy-to-learn, customer-focused role that connects our service customers with opportunities to upgrade their vehicles.

This is a great position for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a team environment, and being part of a fast-growing dealership. No previous car sales experience is required - we'll train you!

What You'll Do:

Talk with customers who are already visiting our service department about vehicle upgrade options.
Reach out to customers by phone or email to see if they'd like to explore newer models.
Help customers understand their trade-in value and what makes upgrading a great option.
Work with our sales and service teams to make the process smooth and enjoyable.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys helping people.
Someone comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone.
A team player who can stay organized and positive in a busy environment.
Detail-oriented and eager to learn - automotive experience is a plus, but not required.

Education and Skill Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Computer proficiency
Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
Sales experience preferred
Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
