- Read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work
- Maintain accurate field documentation (photos, checklists, as-builts)
- Follow all safety protocols set by OSHA and the client
- Occasionally assist with training and mentoring teammates
- Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Comfortable traveling for weeks and months at a time
- Reliable vehicle, tools, and PPE
- Day and night shift availability
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Able to pass drug and background screening
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Lift certification a plus (scissor/boom)
