What You’ll Do:

Lead restoration crews on water & fire jobs

Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Communicate clearly with customers and team

What You Need: ✔ Valid driver’s license ✔ 1+ year restoration experience ✔ Able to lift 50 lbs & work in hands‑on environments ✔ IICRC a plus (not required)
