Service Line Supervisor - RN (Musculoskeletal)

The Musculoskeletal Clinics at University of Minnesota M Health Fairview offer a wide range of services for a variety of orthopedic surgery, non-operative sports medicine and podiatric needs. We're here to treat conditions affecting ankles, feet, hands, shoulders, elbows, and spine, as well as musculoskeletal tumors in children and adults. We assess our patients' needs and care for them wherever they are in their journey. Our Musculoskeletal team consisting of specialized physicians, nurse care coordinators, athletic trainers, physical and occupational therapists, does a complete assessment and makes a comprehensive treatment plan for our patients. From intake to surgical interventions, our team members are trained to facilitate the best experience for our patients.

What you will do as a Service Line Supervisor:

• Actively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinical staff
• Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations
• Works collaboratively with leadership and other organizational partners to ensure efficient and safe day to day operations of the site(s)
• Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to maximize efficiency, access and patient demand
• Collaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting in order to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operations
• Promotes, supports and participates in process improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation

What you will need:

• Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's (BSN) Degree in Nursing
• Current Minnesota RN License
• 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership (Lead) experience along with clinical rooming experience
• BLS Certification

Additional Location: Maple Grove- 14500 99th Ave N Maple Grove, MN 55369

Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation:

77,735.00 - 124,369.00 USD Annual
