What You'll Do
As a Branch Service Manager, you will oversee all service operations within your branch and ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, train, and develop Service Professionals
Drive a customer-first culture through leadership by example
Conduct performance reviews and production monitoring
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members
Ensure licensing, certifications, and continuing education requirements are met
Operations Management
Oversee daily service operations and field execution
Ensure accurate and thorough pest and termite treatments
Conduct ride-alongs and quality control inspections
Monitor inventory levels and maintain equipment readiness
Ensure fleet safety and facility standards are maintained
Customer Experience
Support inbound and outbound service scheduling
Assist customers with billing questions, treatment options, and service concerns
Conduct on-site visits to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of pest control industry experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with acceptable 7-year driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Willingness to work evenings or weekends as business needs require
Ability to obtain and maintain required state licensing
Physical Requirements
Ability to climb ladders (250 lb capacity)
Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in confined or uneven spaces
Ability to safely wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator
Ability to drive for extended periods
