This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage a team of HVAC professionals, while also driving exceptional customer service and business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC service. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.This role with oversee a team of technicians and dispatchers who provide emergency service, preventative maintenance programs, retrofits, and upgrades for commercial and industrial customers. Responsible for redeeming operating unit gross profit objectives through leadership and management of staff while meeting contractual commitments to customers in a timely, high quality manner.Responsibilities:

• Project management, scheduling, and asset management
• Management of costs, billings, and collections
• Maintenance of profitability goals and positive cash flow
• Evaluate contractual scope of work
• Analyze financial reports and proactively address issues effectively
• Performs cost estimates and supports sales on proposals and negotiations
• Manage and mitigate financial risks

Qualifications:1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role in the construction industry.2. Proven expertise in HVAC and B2B sales preferred.3. Associates degree preferred.4.
