Service Office Personnel

Job Summary:Mission Chevrolet, a leading car dealership in the El Paso area, is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Office Cashier and Repair Order Booker. As a Service Office Cashier/Booker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the service and parts department. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, with a competitive compensation of $15 per hour, paid biweekly. This is a team role, which requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in math and computer systems. Compensation & Benefits:- Hourly compensation of $15 per hour, paid biweekly- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement plan- Paid time off and paid holidays- Advancement opportunities within the companyResponsibilities:- Greet customers and assist them with payments for services rendered- Process customer payments and accurately enter them into the computer system- Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily deposits- Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner- Update service records in the computer system- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service office area- Organize and Scan repair orders into Application

Requirements:

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including  early evenings and 1/2 day Saturday- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong mathematical skills and accuracy in cash handling- Must be able to work as a team and have excellent communication with teammates and supervisor- Must be able to multi-task and be able to ask for help when it's needed- Detail-oriented - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
