WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Service Operations Coordinator is a key member of the team working alongside our Service Operations Supervisor and Service Manager to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from customers and internal departments
- Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians to service appointments
- Coordinate daily workload, priorities, and routing for technicians
- Provide customer updates, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
- Make outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance visits
- Process service work orders and prepare invoices
- Assist with purchasing materials, parts, and tools for technicians
- Support accounts receivable and collections tasks
- Perform general administrative duties and assist with special projects
WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for a team player who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, service coordination, dispatch, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Experience using accounting or service management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Positive attitude, team player, and proactive problem solver
