We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Plumber Lead or Advisor to oversee field operations, mentor technicians, and ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who takes pride in leadership, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service.
As a Lead Plumber, you will play a critical role in building and developing our plumbing team while maintaining our reputation for professionalism, integrity, and technical excellence.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Base hourly pay + performance incentives (compensation structure will be based on experience)
- Up to 12K sign-on bonus if licensed and min. 8 years of exp.

You'll Be a Fit If:
- You have a min. of 8 years of experience in residential service plumbing
- Oversee installation of water heaters, boilers, fixtures, drain, and repiping projects
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding scope of work and pricing
- Support revenue goals through accurate diagnostics and ethical upselling
- You have a valid and clean driver's license and background check.
- CRM/service titan and current CT plumbing P2, or P1, or J2, or D2, or D1, or S2 license strongly desired
