Job Description

Service Scheduler

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch and coordinate service technicians throughout the day
Schedule customer appointments and update dispatch records
Manage service tickets and customer information
Coordinate return visits and special-order parts
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates
Support service operations and assist office team members as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of dispatching, customer service, or coordination experience
HVAC, plumbing, or related industry experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
