Service Scheduler
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and coordinate service technicians throughout the day
- Schedule customer appointments and update dispatch records
- Manage service tickets and customer information
- Coordinate return visits and special-order parts
- Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates
- Support service operations and assist office team members as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching, customer service, or coordination experience
- HVAC, plumbing, or related industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
