Job Description
Job Title: Service SchedulerJob Duration: 12+ monthsEst. Pay Range: 20.00 - 22.00/hr. USDWork Type: Onsite Overview/Responsibilities:
- Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Answer phones – 2nd line of defense for calls
- Book T&M jobs, order parts, or issue POs for T&M as needed.
- Dispatching – as needed
- Ensuring parts are returned to RC in a timely manner
- Need to return calls when applicable
- Keep warehouse organized – moving parts around – (no heavy lifting or machine operation)
- Detail oriented
- Previous dispatch experience
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
