Service Support Specialist

NOW HIRING: DISPATCHER / SERVICE SUPPORT

Des Moines, IA | Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

$22/HR+ (based on experience)

We are specifically looking for someone to OWN our dispatch operations.

This is not just an admin role - dispatch is the most critical part of this position.

If you can manage schedules, keep technicians moving efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you.

Primary Focus: DISPATCH

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily service schedules
• Prioritize calls and adjust schedules in real-time
• Ensure technicians are utilized efficiently throughout the day
• Be the central point of communication between techs, customers, and the team

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and handle follow-ups
• Enter service orders, update records, and invoice jobs
• Order/track parts and assist with inventory
• Support counter customers and parts requests

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in dispatching or scheduling strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and able to multitask under pressure
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through
• High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years related experience

No weekends - consistent weekday schedule
