Position Overview

Acord is seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Service Technician to join our growing team in Eugene, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working independently, and helping customers solve real-world problems. No prior pest control experience is required — we provide full training and licensing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pest control treatments at residential and commercial properties

  • Inspect properties to identify pest activity and potential problem areas

  • Apply treatments safely and in accordance with company procedures and state regulations

  • Educate customers on pest prevention and service recommendations

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation

  • Operate company vehicle and equipment responsibly

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company standards

  • Provide professional, courteous customer service at every visit

Qualifications

  • Entry-level position — no prior pest control experience required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to work independently and manage daily routes

  • Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
