SERVICE / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Position/Company:

Central Ag Supply Inc. of Juneau & Baraboo are now hiring additional Dairy Equipment, Refrigeration & Robotics Technicians. Ready to Work on Technology That Actually Matters? With a new experience at a different place every day.

Experience:

Entry Level to Proficient in the Ag Industry or Service Trades

What You'll Do:

Install, service & troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
Join a rotating 24/7 on-call team for emergency repairs
Analyze system performance to keep high-tech dairy operations running smoothly
Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
Train directly with manufacturers & industry pros
Deliver outstanding customer service that farmers can count on

What We're Looking For:

Curiosity and strong mechanical/technical ability
Willingness to learn dairy systems & cow physiology (yes-it's fascinating!)
Solid communication and documentation skills
Professionalism, reliability, teamwork

Salary and Benefits:
