Job Description
Service Technician
- Commercial HVAC| $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + SpiffsWork Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime
Job Duties: Providing service, maintenance, repair and installation of Commercial and Residential HVAC SystemsRetrofit / Changeout Installation Communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and ServicesFurnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTU's, walk-in and reach-in coolers, Freezers, chillers, make up air units etc.Duct work as needed
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner
We install Trane and Bryant equipment

- Desired EPA Universal CertificationExperienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of commercial and Residential HVAC equipment
Customer Service - communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to commercial customers and coworkers
Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- DesiredValid driver's license and insurable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
