What You'll Do

  • Keep our customers diving safely by servicing, maintaining, and repairing SCUBA equipment with laser-sharp attention to detail.
  • Troubleshoot like a champ - you'll handle it all from regulators to cylinders.
  • Provide top-tier, personalized service and keep customers in the loop from drop-off to dive-ready.
  • Own your workspace like a pro: clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Stay current on the latest gear and tech - curiosity encouraged.
  • Collaborate with retail, swim, and SCUBA teams to ensure every Diventures location runs smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Mechanical know-how and a can-do attitude.
  • A customer-first mindset with a knack for making people feel like VIPs.
  • A love for learning, especially regarding new equipment and certifications.
  • Strong communication skills (bonus points if you speak fluent SCUBA).
  • PSI certifications and vendor repair credentials are a big plus!
