Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Torque & Test Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for inspecting, testing, and torquing oilfield equipment to ensure it meets company and industry standards before deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform torque and pressure testing on oilfield equipment
- Inspect equipment for defects, damage, or wear
- Accurately document test results and maintain records
- Ensure all equipment meets quality and safety standards
- Assist with equipment preparation, maintenance, and repairs
- Operate testing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous oilfield, mechanical, or torque and test experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow testing procedures and specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
- Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance
- Valid driver's license preferred
