Service Technician
- Wilmington, DE
Overview: Our client - an electronic security and fire safety company - is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential and commercial applications, including property maintenance, local school districts, financial institutions, industrial/manufacturing, warehouses, etc.
Responsibilities: Manage assigned projects, work orders, and service & support requests Respond to and complete service & support requests relating to customer needs in their facilities on existing installations and installations in progress Maintain professional communication with customers, property managers, and site contacts Document all service notes, customer invoices, time tracking, and reporting through company-issued iPad Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered
Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of field service experience with fire alarms, security, or related low-voltage systems EST 3 & 4 certifications strongly preferred NICET certification a plus Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to think independently and meet deadlines Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital documentation (iPad) Clean driving record required (company vehicle provided)
