ServiceMax Salesforce Architect Location: United States Remote
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceMax Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceMax, Salesforce Platform, and end-to-end service lifecycle processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions for field service operations.
Key Responsibilities Design and architect ServiceMax solutions integrated with the Salesforce platform to support Field Service Management. Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Configure and customize ServiceMax modules such as Work Orders, Dispatch Console, Preventive Maintenance, Installed Base, Service Contracts, and Parts Management. Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. Integrate Salesforce/ServiceMax with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), middleware, and third-party applications. Provide technical leadership, enforce Salesforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
