Job Description

Required Skills: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation. Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), ServiceNow APIs, and custom applications. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience designing and implementing automated test scripts using testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or ServiceNow ATF. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify test scenarios and edge cases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
